Set a timer length and then activate it by pressing the start button. Once the timer is active, you will receive amusing and motivational notifications at intervals of 2 to 10 seconds whenever you exit the app. These notifications not only help you maintain focus on tasks by discouraging phone usage for activities like social media and texting, but they also serve as a reminder to prioritize your time wisely. SCHEDULE SESSIONS – Plan your sessions in advance by selecting a time during the day, choosing specific days of the week for repetition, and setting the desired duration. Need to stay off your phone from 8am to 12pm Monday through Friday? Consider it done – effortlessly.
TAGS – Assign up to three tags to each session to track and evaluate your phone-free activities. This feature allows you to measure the frequency and duration of tasks associated with these tags.
NOTIFICATIONS – Customizing the frequency and content of notifications is key for maintaining focus. You can set the interval anywhere between 2 and 10 seconds. Furthermore, personalize the text of notifications by selecting themes like movie quotes or inspirational phrases, or even opt for a harsher approach that motivates you to get back to work.
HISTORY – Gain insight into past sessions at any time by reviewing your session history. This allows you to observe instances when you were successfully off your phone and monitor your activities during those durations.
EMERGENCY OFF – Unexpected emergencies can arise and in those situations, it is understandable that you do not want additional distractions from your phone. That's why we've included an emergency off button that disables all app notifications for 5 minutes.
